Last Monday night on WWE Raw, Nia Jax attacked WWE World Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley as she made her way to confront 2024 Women’s WWE Royal Rumble winner, Bayley. Jax then beat down Ripley and sent a warning to Bayley: Don’t bother challenging Ripley; she won’t be able to compete. Tonight’s episode of WWE Raw featured Ripley shooting back a firey response to last week’s attack.
Ripley made it clear she wanted Jax to come to the ring so that she could rip her head off. Instead of Jax making her way to the ring, WWE Raw General Manager Adam Pearce came out. Pearce told Ripley that she would get her chance to fight Jax but in a WWE Women’s World Championship match at WWE Elimination Chamber.
Jax then made her way to the ring, swatting Pearce off the apron, tossing off members of security, and ultimately getting her hands on Ripley. Once given an opening, Jax leveled Ripley with her Annihilator off the second rope.
WWE Elimination Chamber is set to take place in Perth, Australia, Ripley’s home country.
