AR Fox Fired From Mogul Embassy, Out Of AEW All In Match

Another change was been made to the AEW All In card on tonight’s AEW Dynamite. AR Fox, who was scheduled to team with Swerve Strickland against Darby Allin and Sting in a coffin match, was booted from the Mogul Affiliates by Strickland, removing him from the match in the process. The firing came after Fox was pinned by Nick Wayne in a tornado tag match on tonight’s show, also featuring Strickland and Allin.

On yesterday’s media call ahead of All In, Tony Khan revealed that more changes were coming to the show’s card, stating that the reasons behind the changes were unrelated to wrestling. It’s not yet known why Fox is no longer making the trip to London, but Khan promised to reveal more details on the changes to the card during the post-show scrum.

Strickland was joined by Prince Nana, who assisted him in Fox’s removal. Following the firing, Christian Cage and AEW TNT Champion Luchasaurus joined the fray, with Christian later officially announced as Strickland’s partner for this Sunday. The involvement of Luchasaurus and Cage is due to Allin’s upcoming TNT Championship match at AEW All Out, taking place on September 3. Allin is coming off a victory against Cage in the main event of Saturday night’s “AEW Collision.”

Fox’s removal is the latest in a long line of shake-ups to the Mogul Embassy/Affiliates lineup. The group has previously included Parker Boudreaux and former baseball player Trench. Brian Cage stood at Strickland’s side tonight, indicating that he is still involved with the group despite a recent partnership with Big Bill.
