Tony Khan On Dralistico Signing With AEW: ‘Let’s F-cking Go!’

Since its inception, AEW President Tony Khan has sought the top pro wrestlers on the planet to join his roster. Beginning with Executive Vice Presidents Kenny Omega, Cody Rhodes, and The Young Bucks, the brash young executive continued to court big names like Chris Jericho, Jon Moxley, Bryan Danielson, and Adam Copeland. Among his stable of talents are also some of the best Latin performers on the planet, including The Lucha Brothers, RUSH, and Andrade El Idolo.

Today, Khan added another top luchador to his ever-growing roster of talents: Dralistico. The former Mistico shared the following video and text message on X last night, announcing he has officially signed with AEW.

“Un honor pertenecer ala empresa que soñé llegar ahora soy oficialmente ALL ELITE WRESTRER y implemented, he began. “#AEWFightForever#AEWRampage#dralistico#AEWCollision END THEY WILL BURN l Thank you very much @TonyKhan for the opportunity #lafaccioningobernable

In the video, Khan and Dralistico sign the new contract before embracing each other. Khan concludes the brief, positive exchange by saying, “Let’s f-cking go!” With a big smile across his face. The two men were dressed in formal gray suits for the occasion.

Dralistico took over the Mistico persona in CMLL following the original performer signing with WWE, where he became known as Sin Cara. After leaving CMLL in 2021, he dropped the Mistico name and has been called Darlistico ever since. He has wrestled for AEW in the past, usually alongside his La Facción Ingobernable stablemates. Dralistico is a former CMLL and AAA World Tag Team Champion.

Interestingly, Mistico, once again portrayed by the original performer, recently defeated Rocky Romero in a Two-Out-Of-Three Falls Match on AEW Rampage. Following the announcement he would be wrestling on the show, many tickets were sold. Haus of Wrestling will update you on his status if one becomes available.
