Haus of Wrestling has received the following press release from Starrcast. In it, shows revolving around Bret Hart and Mickie James are announced for their Australia event in April.
THREE WRESTLING SUPER SHOWS SET FOR STARRCAST DOWNUNDER
Scheduled just one week after WrestleMania 40, promoters confirm three international wrestling shows for Starrcast Downunder, to be held in Australia from April 10th to 14th 2024.
Set against the picturesque backdrop of regional Victoria, Ballarat will play host to three key wrestling shows under the legendary WWE Hall of Famer, Bret “The Hitman” Hart and Multi Women’s World Champion Mickie James, and a third show by Oceania Pro Wrestling.
Event 1: “Australian Stampede” will feature international wrestling stars and legends in the biggest independent international wrestling show in Australia in 20 years, under the presence of the legendary Bret Hart, on Sunday April 14 (AEST).
Event 2: “HER” will be a standalone female international wrestling show on Saturday April 13 (AEST), elevating women’s wrestling as a marquee event as part of Starrcast Downunder tour, led by female wrestling trailblazer six-time WWE Women’s Champion and five-time TNA Knockouts Champion Mickie James.
Event 3: Australian Showcase 2” Complementing these two shows will be a third Australian-International wrestling show with talent from Oceania Pro Wrestling on Friday April 12 (AEST). The debut Australian Showcase occurred in July 2023 as part of the IMPACT Downunder Tour.

The wrestling events will stream domestically and internationally with announcements well in advance of the events.
Approximately 12 wrestling legends and 30 Australian and international wrestlers will make Starrcast Downunder a must-attend event. Stage Shows and the legends and stars attending, will be announced throughout January.

The event will also feature signing sessions, dedicated stage shows, and a myriad of activities synonymous with the Starrcast brand.
