Last week, Sherilyn Guerrero, daughter of Vickie Guerrero, alleged via a video on social media that she had been the victim of sexual assault by her stepfather, Kris Benson, on a cruise shortly before the pandemic. Based on sources Haus of Wrestling spoke with, we are able to credibly verify Sherilyn’s claims.
“On this cruise, I got sexually assaulted,” she began. “And the unfortunate part is that it was by my stepdad.”
“I have protected them for so long that I feel no one is protecting me, and I need to start protecting myself,” she said. “Seeing my mom being okay abandoning me … It’s been two years, almost going on three. I’ve been blocked, I can’t even call my mom … And it’s been f-cking hard”
Vickie took to social media shortly after the allegations in deleted messages attacking her daughter. Following that, she would deactivate her social media accounts altogether. Today, she reactivated her Instagram and issued the following message from her attorney.

Kris and Vickie Benson Respond to Sherilyn Guerrero’s Recent Allegations
Kris and Vickie Benson vehemently deny Sherilyn Guerrero’s recent allegations of sexual assault and abandonment. Ms. Guerrero’s unsubstantiated accusations have caused the Bensons to suffer public ridicule, scorn, derision, and humiliation. Kris and Vickie fully appreciate the seriousness of allegations of this nature and the need for public support of sexual assault survivors; however, they ask that you withhold final judgment on this matter until they have an opportunity to bring Ms. Guerrero and her claims into a court of law where judgment is based on facts and merit.
